The Call for Individual Mobility is open!
Creative Europe Desk Armenia is pleased to announce that the Call for Individual Mobility under the European Union’s Culture Moves Europe scheme is officially open.
The grant provides direct financial support to artists and cultural professionals to implement an international project in another Creative Europe country in partnership with a local host.
Who Can Apply?
Artists and cultural professionals legally residing in any Creative Europe country (including Armenia)
Aged 18 or above
Active in one of the following sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, or visual arts
No specific level of professional experience is required (open to both emerging and established creators)
Applications are accepted from individuals or groups of up to 5 people
Grant Coverage & Funding Breakdown
Daily Allowance: €85 per day of project implementation.
Travel Allowance:
€400 for travel distances under 5,000 km
€800 for travel distances of 5,000 km or more
(Calculated automatically based on one-way straight-line distance)
Top-ups (Additional Financial Support):
Green Mobility Top-up: €400 (for choosing sustainable travel options)
Visa Top-up: €120 (for expenses related to visa procedures)
Family Top-up: €200 per child under 18 years of age
OCT / Outermost Regions Top-up: €175
Accessibility Support:
€30 per day of project implementation for participants with disabilities
Actual costs or fixed allowances for a personal assistant or sign-language interpretation
Project Requirements & Core Objectives
One Project: Must take place in another Creative Europe country and fulfill at least 2 of the following 4 objectives:

To explore
To connect
One International Partner: Applicants choose an international host partner (can be an individual artist or an organization such as a venue, gallery, residency, or festival) who provides an official invitation letter.
Required Supporting Documents
Official national identification (Passport or ID card)
Proof of legal residence
Short curriculum vitae (CV)
Artistic/creative portfolio
Official Letter of Invitation from the international partner
Application Process & Rolling Deadlines
Call Duration: 1 October 2026 – 30 April 2027
Rolling Evaluation: Applications are evaluated on a monthly rolling basis. Results are communicated via the Goethe-Application Portal within 8 weeks of each monthly cutoff date.
How to Apply:
Create an account on the Goethe-Application Portal (GAP) as an "Individual" (even if applying as a group).
Select "Culture Moves Europe funding" and choose "Call for individual mobility".
Complete the form in English (language proficiency is not evaluated, and online translation tools are permitted).
