Partner Search

Within the framework of the Creative Europe programme’s Culture Strand, collaboration with partners from Creative Europe countries is essential when applying for funding opportunities and grant projects, such as European Cooperation Projects.

How to Find Partners

  • If you are looking for project partners or wish to join a project coordinated by another organization, please complete the Partner Search Form in English and send it to info@creativeeurope.am. The Creative Europe Desk Armenia will distribute your request to other Creative Europe Desks across the network, which will then publish it on their websites and share it through their networks.

  • Explore previously supported projects under the Creative Europe programme that involved Armenian organizations. Attending their events and meeting with them can inspire you and help you understand how they found partners for their projects or joined existing ones.

  • Follow updates from the Creative Europe Desk Armenia and participate in regularly organized events, information sessions, and collaboration activities held by Creative Europe Desks, where you can find partners for your project or join existing initiatives as a partner.

  • On the Funding and Tenders Opportunities Portal, where applications are submitted, you can also find partner search requests related to the specific funding strand or call you are interested in.

One of the fundamental ideas of the Creative Europe programme is that European cultural life is strengthened through collaborations that go beyond national borders. Institutions and organizations from different countries and with diverse cultural experiences can learn from one another and jointly develop new methods, solutions, and artistic content.

Naturally, this requires strong partnerships with partners from various countries. But what is important when it comes to building an international partnership, and how can you find foreign partners?

Below, we present several recommendations on how to establish effective collaboration from the Creative Europe perspective.

  • The partnership must reflect the European dimension

It is important to assess whether the participating partners represent different regions of Europe and how the geographical composition of the partnership adds value to the project. For example, such collaboration can enable an exchange of experiences between European countries with diverse backgrounds, bringing mutual benefits to all participants.

In other words, it is essential to justify the choice of partners to ensure that the partnership does not appear random.

  • Partners must be essential to the project

It should be clear that the project partners have been selected based on their specific skills and expertise. Each partner must make a significant and decisive contribution to the project, play an important role, and be indispensable for the successful implementation of the initiative.

  • The partnership must have a clear structure and well-defined division of roles

It is crucial to establish clear boundaries within the partnership to ensure clarity on decision-making processes and the specific responsibilities of each partner at every stage of the project. It is recommended to sign a cooperation agreement among project partners that clearly defines the framework and terms of collaboration. These arrangements should also be reflected in the main project application.
